Diving

 Transfer from in front of your hotel at 08:00 AM to the marina.
Gather on the back of the boat (the starting point), then head to Point A, where you can train for 30 minutes and then dive to a depth of 3 to 5 meters.
Then move to Point B, then dive for an hour at a depth of 6 to 8 metres, then eat lunch and a drink.
You can swim while the boat stops to eat lunch.
Then return to the starting point.
Then to the hotel
